I prefer to use a brand that I know to be reliable and durable of consistent quality. This is Memorex. I have bought packs of 10 standard 14mm DVD cases from them twice already. I've never had any problems with their quality. Never found anything broken. I found the locking hub to open easily with a light push. It's easy to replace a DVD with minimal effort - unlike some that require extra pressure on the disc as it slides back into place. There are more than enough holders for every application. The outer shell for the cover is clear, protective, and of a consistency that will not rip or tear with normal use. Each securely holds a disc. The sides are fixed without gaps. Easy to open. Memorex's actual warranty is one year; However, I have had them for much longer without their function having changed. Yes, when I first open them there is a strong plastic smell at first, but this eventually goes away and isn't bothersome enough to discourage a purchase. There are cases that are cheaper but not better. I seek the best when I want to keep films that I will cherish for years to come. I recommend it. I have never been disappointed.
