Review on FAUNNA Zippered Pillow Protectors (Standard Size, 20x26) - Premium Sateen 100% Long-Staple Cotton Cover Case (4-Pack) by Darin Merriwether

I bought this product based on several good reviews. There were many manufacturers to choose from so it was a bit overwhelming. From the packaging I noticed that the sleeves appear to be good but quite stiff I think due to the thickness. I immediately washed it in warm water, then tumble dried it. The fabric afterwards was very thin, sluggish and the zippers wrinkled. I have some old pillowcases made many years ago by a famous mattress manufacturer that have been washed and dried many, many times and after one wash are in better condition than these pillowcases. I wish I hadn't bought them but I suspect that unfortunately this is the status quo for products being made today compared to a few decades ago.
