This is my 4th Pelican case. I know its amazing quality and very durable. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because unlike other Pelikan cases, in this case the bottom layer that touches the bottom of the case doesn't completely cover the entire surface of the case. I don't know if it was a bad design or if the Pelican just got cheap, but they just have a square in the middle that leaves some areas open. floor foam. Also, I didn't want anything I kept ending up in an unprotected area. I had some Pluck N Foam and decided to fill in the rest of the areas. I still love this case and will not use any other brand. I'll post before and after I fill in the blanks with lots of Pluck N Foam.
