Review on 🔨 ACTIVA Plus Natural Self-Hardening Clay White 2.2 lbs: Premium Air-Dry Modeling Clay for Sculpting & Crafts by Amber Perez

I started this project with no toning experience. This product was recommended online so I decided to give it a try. I ran into a pretty powerful hack and it took me a few tries to figure out I was doing something wrong. There were no instructions, so I went to the manufacturer's website. The website stated that 1/4 inch thick clay takes 24 hours to dry. I was very confused with how mine dried in 5-6 hours. After watching some YouTube videos about clay air drying, the cracking is due to the clay drying unevenly and too quickly. To prevent this, it is recommended to place a plastic bag on top of the garment while it is drying. I gave it a try the next time and after 16 hours the clay was still slightly damp but not cracked! After a full 24 hours I felt no shrinkage and the clay was completely dry and ready for sanding. This product itself is easy to mold BUT it would be helpful to have instructions somewhere on the packaging. It doesn't even have an estimated dry season or anything. I used a good 1/4 of the drying methods before realizing it was right which is very frustrating.
