Review on Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog PC Joystick Controller (Windows) by Mac Sterling

UPDATE: The company is sending me a new CMS switch with instructions on how to replace it. Considering the shipping costs abroad, this option suits me. I'll report back when I have the instructions and the part. So far I am happy with the customer service although they are a bit slow. No wonder given current events. I have just over 8 months and I love it. Unfortunately, the CMS button (activated by the right thumb) no longer works properly. I read that this is the most common problem. I submitted a service request to Thrustmaster and received an automated response within minutes. However, I have not yet received an answer from support on how to solve the problem. I'm willing to replace the entire switch assembly myself if the process of opening the case isn't too difficult, but will send it back for repair if necessary. I will change my support and overall rating when I get a response from the manufacturer as Revain has expired but does not have a 1 year product warranty. If it wasn't for the issue with the CMS button, I would have given the product 5 stars.
