I started this at my doctor's urging. I am hypersensitive due to Lyme disease since I started using this seems to help. I know it works because my connections are a bit slow on both phone and computer. and as soon as I remove it, wahala. I have tested this several times. I mainly use it at night when I go to bed and during the day when I don't want to be online.
