This scanner is much faster than ms509 and the connection is constant without any interruptions. It doesn't have a built-in battery test, but you can run a starting and charging system test. The cables provided are of good quality but the obd2 connector has weak pins on the side of the ALDL obd2 connector so be careful not to bend it. The chart is handy for looking for problems, has no option to set parameters, it is designed for quick and easy viewing. The battery works great and keeps track of the last car you looked at. Delivered quickly, in original packaging, the seller answered all questions before buying. Thanks.
