Review on Lippert-733932 Solid Step: The Ultimate Double Step for RV & Travel Trailer Entry Doorway, Black, 30-inch by Kevin Hutchison

I measured the distance from the floor to the threshold on a flat surface. I ordered 4 steps and installed them according to the lousy instructions. The screen door didn't close. Called Lippert customer service and they told me I needed to cut 3/4 to 1 inch off the bottom of the screen door and if it still won't close use a heavy hammer and pry back the top panel. So I cut 3/4" off the bottom of the screen door. The door still wouldn't close because the main door was now stopping it. When he called Lippert back, he was told to shave the bottom of the front door or put a hole in it digging the ground where the leg sits (wrong).It's hard to dig a hole in concrete.Anybody looking for a cheap set of 4 lipsticks give me a call - they're cheap.I'll stick with my old footpegs that come with were delivered to my Flagstaff IKBS 832.
