Review on CD-PFM-B Gloss Black Radius License Plate Mount for 1984-2016 Harley-Davidson Models - Custom Dynamics by Gerald Mohammed

I was having trouble getting to the nuts under this fender. My 2021 Heritage has a support in the fender that takes up most of the space. Maybe removing the preload or jacking up the rear will help. I did, but I cut and bruised my hand a bit in the process. Supplied with pan head screws which are designed to fit into a recess in the frame but will not work well with bare panel simply because the head size is too small. I bought some pan head flanged screws and they work great. That's 8-32 screws. CD includes 8-32 1/4" and 1/2" screws. Presumably a larger size is achieved when using a slatted frame. Attached are photos of the screws that came with it and the screws I used instead.
