Review on ABUS Mini Ultra 410 Bike U-Lock: Optimal Security for Your Cycling Adventures by Jared Bradford

Update: ABUS Support was very helpful and refunded my money. Maybe I just got a bad block, but I was happy to see that they endorse their products. The lock is light and well priced, but after five uses the locking mechanism stopped working at all. I could understand that if it was often used in a dusty state and jammed, but this was for my wife's new bike which she has ridden 5 times (in good weather conditions) and has been stored in an air conditioned bike storage room at our apartment. Construction within 4 months. I will request a full refund from Abus but have seen comments online that sometimes they do not honor the guarantee. I hope that's not true.
