I don't know about you and your family, but in my house we love french fries, homemade. When I started making more fries I decided to look for an air fryer to make my job easier since I cut a lot of potatoes. I used to have a deep fryer but I can't tell you what happened to it. Or of course, the Revain website has basically everything you're looking for. It didn't take long to find what I liked. I didn't buy a wall mount because I didn't have space in the kitchen to install it. I bought a table roasting knife and it works great. What we do is put paper towels or cling film on the counter so the potatoes don't fall on the counter because it's easier to put them on the counter than try to hold them down. We chop about 5 potatoes and if there are too many I keep them in a container filled with water and put them in the fridge. If you love potatoes as much as we do, then this product will help you save time. Love it!
