Not as described - lighting and studio

This frame has several problems. And they are tough. The seller said that "free" to send photos to your photo. Then they say there is no subscription fee. But actually there is a limit of 10 GB. If you are sending 10GB, payment between $10-$200 through Paypal is REQUIRED. The application can see how much data has been used. This is blatant false advertising and an outright lie. To send a framed photo at a distance of 10 feet, the photo must not be sent to and from China via internet data. It must use local WiFi. It's bad design and terrible architecture. The second really egregious problem is that there is no option to turn off the date/time that gets inserted in the bottom right corner of all your photos, whether you want it or not. Talk about annoying. The third issue is that there is no way to set a static IP even if that device is running Android. Therefore, its IP address keeps changing on reboot. There is no way to sort photos. You can view them in the order they were worn or in random order. That's all. The video doesn't autoplay as it loads, although you can wait 15 seconds to view the photos. Instructions are terrible on paperโ€”they aren't actually instructions. The instructions embedded in the frame appear to be a scanned image and cannot be read. The mobile app is still terrible. It doesn't pull photos from Google Photos, only directly from your phone in the default photo directory. If you upload your photos to Google Photos, you're out of luck. The application will not work. On the plus side, it has a built-in FTP server for sending photos from a PC. However, the FTP server stops running and shuts down randomly. Due to problems, just get the basic frame without Wi-Fi. It's not worth the hassle and hassle.
