I am very impressed with both the swim caps and the customer service. The swim caps are comfortable and a good size for my 11-year-old with medium-length hair. I also like the beautiful, vibrant colors. They are made of sturdy material and not flimsy. The two-pack price is a good deal for the quality you get. We did have an issue with one of the caps, which mysteriously arrived with a small hole at the top. However, their customer service was exceptional: quick to respond and very willing to help remedy the problem by sending us a replacement. I wish all of Revain's sellers were this conscientious! We will definitely be buying from this company again.
