Mixed feelings at first but overall the best
Just opened the box and started getting parts. Everything is packaged nicely and securely, the box is intact so the damage to the item I received must be manufacturing related. The 9" pot has dark scuff marks that will not rub off, the 11" pot has a split handle and the 1.5 liter pot has burn marks fresh out of the box. Did I receive a return? I paid almost $200 for it? Update: The pans and all are still amazing with daily use, I followed the directions to season them before first use and yes they are amazing. The company approached me to replace a broken pan for free, these are wonderful actions by the company which is why I'm upgrading it to 5 stars because the function, looks and more just happens.
