It's very nice, I bought size XL for my husband. But he's allergic to neoprene/elastic/everything and can't wear it. I've compared it to other wrist braces he has and found that others have a cotton/polyethylene interior that prevents it from catching fire. It's not like this. There is a metal bar that holds the wrist in a neutral position.
