Lately my left arm can't lift straight up without bearing a pain in close up to shoulder. Used Icy Cold and Arnicare neither really helped. I didn't expect these sort of things are available on ebay. Weren't I happy to find them! Instantly I felt the arm was more free. Where it was applied, it felt a bit cooling at beginning. In 15 min or so it became warming. I still feel something in side my upper arm that's not exactly pain not very noticeable, while I can reach straight up no problem. This pack is very good value for the price. There is an obvious 'medicinal' smell which was expected.
