I bought these for my 3 year old. I'm quite 50-50 with them. Pros: - Rich, thick, pigmented color - Good range of Color - It's easy to use a brush to add water and soften the colors which is a lot of fun Cons: - 3 of the 15 crayons were broken right in the middle of the crayons The packaging was perfect on arrival so I can only imagine they are.They are so fragile that normal handling and bumps caused them to break.In the case of a 3 year old, a broken crayon rendered it almost unusable as the paper unrolls and falls off and the remaining Piece of crayon "melts" in your hand Agree with other reviewers, the packaging is mostly useless Cheap flimsy plastic tray in a light cardboard box I have one Considered brand that comes in a can and wish I had them for an extra $4 instead. - Comes with Kit tew. but he hairs terribly. Also, my 3 year old tends to "smash" his brush into a mush to mix the water into the chalk, so I'll probably replace that brush with synthetic bristles. We love it, but we probably won't buy it again.
