The crayons work perfectly, I agree the packaging is thin, the plastic was torn when I took it out of the box. And I didn't pull hard or anything. The brush is also useless, it sheds terribly. A bit of bristle shedding is normal with a new brush, but today with moderate use it has probably lost 1/4 of its bristles. I expected more from this brand in this regard.
