I liked most that we could really understand our clients issues when they came in for coaching sessions as well! This is very important since many people have trouble fully understanding their problems because of an individual problem such as ADD etc..

As far as how it worked out? It was overall good except some times were there would be periods where my phone disconnected which made me nervous about having internet access until someone picked up if off so this needs improvement but still works great. The best thing about this product is that it helped me understand my audience in terms of their interests & preferences which gave us better idea for marketing our products/services more effectively! It has been quite helpful when we were looking into ways how customers could be converted from one channel (Facebook)to another(Instagram).It also helps keep track as well by creating various reports after completion so all teams can easily access what's going around within any given week / month etc..
