This thing does exactly what I needed it to do: take my lug nuts off my tires. I've never had one of these tools before and have always used the tire iron that lives in the trunk of my car. Well, no more! This thing is a labor savor, and a time savor. I read all of the reviews of this product here on this site and most of them were positive so I felt comfortable trying it. I am happy to say that this impact wrench seems to be built well, and does the job.To the one guy who left a poor review that said he could practically stop the socket from turning with his hand: yes, you can stop the socket from turning with a firm grip. But when you put the thing on your lug nut and pull the trigger it cranks that thing right off without hesitation. And tightens it just as well. I'm not a mechanic, so I don't know much about this subject, but man don't over-think it. For less than a hundred bucks I have a tool that can do what I need it to do, and I am guessing that it will last as long as I need it to!
