Good luck getting support from the manufacturer (loss of business?)

I was unable to contact the manufacturer at all. The website listed in the manual is AmazingBeam.com but it's just a 404 error. The website has not been configured. The website molded into the body of the device is called CentSys.co.za and while it doesn't reach a plausible website, there is no reference to this device, an LD1 loop detector. Telephone numbers are not listed or printed. nowhere. Neither the name of the company nor the name of the manufacturer is printed anywhere. So it seems like a great product without any support whatsoever.
