Very functional single channel loop detector

I really liked this device. It works great, has lots of customization options, and a great display of his work. I have a 150 foot driveway and we like to know when a car is coming in and I had an old one that I had to replace for years. This is a great unit.

Works perfect! in Smoke Detector and Fire Alarm

I use this for the exit sensor on my driveway gate and it always works fine. The settings are easy to use and the loop is easy to design and install. I installed mine in a 6x6 PVC case and powered it from a 12 volt battery in my gate controller box. I chose to use heavy duty 12 AWG THHN stranded wire to make the loop and feed wire.

WOW - works great

At first I was skeptical about this item. Installed in my garage and connected to an existing loop I buried a few years ago when we were remodeling our driveway. Loop 2 turns in plastic concrete, under mud and rocks. I connected the cable, applied DC 12 and voila - excellent detection. For example tried a smaller car and 2 different trucks, everything worked with the default settings.!

It does not work. best fire protection

Product was delivered quickly and was a great price but after installation about 3 weeks after delivery it turned on as it should but didn't trigger the opening of the relay on the main board the gate did found after testing that a normally open circuit had continuous continuity. Which for some reason blew the trigger relay on my motherboard. Also, the item looked used as you can see in the photos, very dissatisfied with the seller and will not use again.

Make sure you connect the correct wires to the correct inputs on your gate controller!

Easy installation. love nothing I even like the beep when a vehicle drives over it. I replaced the fried loop detector with this, the cheapest I could find and I love how it works! I connected all the wires to the correct inputs on this device and this is the output to the "Output" input on my gate controller. Then a van pulled up and the device made an audible noise while the van was standing in the roundabout, then my gate opened! Works perfectly! 👍

Good luck getting support from the manufacturer (loss of business?)

I was unable to contact the manufacturer at all. The website listed in the manual is AmazingBeam.com but it's just a 404 error. The website has not been configured. The website molded into the body of the device is called CentSys.co.za and while it doesn't reach a plausible website, there is no reference to this device, an LD1 loop detector. Telephone numbers are not listed or printed. nowhere. Neither the name of the company nor the name of the manufacturer is printed anywhere. So it seems…
