The ease of use when starting up for campaigns or events! It is very intuitive with great tools such as live chat/buddy list which helps engage participants throughout an online fundraiser - no need for additional apps like Facebook etc (but these are available if needed). They also offer excellent customer support from both their technical staff AND volunteers who help out at times during peak hours too. I would highly recommend this product especially in light that it offers some fantastic features including integration into google calendar so you don't even really require separate applications anymore once everything has been set-up correctly!! A lot less time spent searching around each other trying find things within one interface instead we just get straight onto what's important which was giving my campaign money :).
