Review on LAMPOWR Loaf Pans Pullman Nonstick by Matt Welch

Works best with recipes that call for less than 4 cups of flour

It took me a few tries to get a nice loaf of bread but now I'm happy with my efforts. The dark surface of the pan promotes even browning. You need to have a bump where the entire top of the loaf touches the lid to get the same look. But too much dough doesn't make good fluffy bread. I especially like to use it with dough that is rich in egg and butter. It makes a delicious sandwich.
