I usually buy mid-range pads and discs from my local auto parts store, but settled on the more expensive brakes. I installed them on my 2008 Silverado and then on a 2011 Ford Edge. The kit itself is great as it has replaceable stainless steel rails and some also replaceable rubber grommets. The parts fit perfectly and the pads fit on the rotors. Very high quality and excellent performance. Significantly quieter than standard brakes. At $200 they cost a little more than the mid-range ones I bought and they brake a lot better.
