get what you pay for

bad product at best. The mounting plate is plastic and the holes for the mounting screws wear out very quickly during use. After about 1 hour the holes had expanded so much that the pad fell off the grinder. Spend the extra money and get a Dewalt replacement. It comes with a metal plate to minimize wear on the mounting holes. Lesson learned.
