The quality of the garbage - the blades do not converge.

I had to return these nipper as the blades didn't meet - they only closed at the tips even when I pressed them hard against each other. I used to be a professional manicurist and I can tell you that the blades of your cuticle nipper need to be fully closed or they will crack the skin which will cause your cuticles to become dry and chapped in a few days.
