The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

The cooler handles the i7-9700 just fine. These are Germans. The only thing I find fault with is the software, Aida shows the temperature is higher than the utility from gigabyte

Pros

Well cools 9700, does not make noise, looks beautiful.

Good pre-top cooler per cent. I use with Ryzen 7 3700x - enough.
