They work and match the controller well. One thing I noticed and felt is that if you have a case on your controller like I do, there isn't enough free space for the analog sticks to move freely. A simple textured gel sleeve and you'll feel resistance when you try to move the sticks. Don't do this if you have a caseless controller, they will be caseless, you won't be able to use the sticks. The buttons on the face aren't bad, as are the shutter releases. But the L1 and R1 buttons are very soft. FUNCTIONAL but soft. I have not used these two or analog sticks. Simple and clean with a few potential flaws. But I can say I have no regrets with my purchase and the face buttons and triggers I REALLY used work great.
