The ease of use for both our front desk staff as well has guest! We are able run reports such ass how many times guests have used their room key or pool pass within certain timeframes etc., without having an employee at each location all day long!! It's also very easy from any computer connected with internet access (which we do not always)to check availability/rates online when booking rooms through other sites like Expedia ect.. I highly recommend this program if your looking into something new but don't want too much hassle getting it up & running - just be patient wile they get everything set right before implementation. Our Front Desk Staff love being ABLE TO USE THIS PROGRAM FROM ANYWHERE AND EVERYONE IS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTING BENEFITS FOR OUR GUESTS. !
