Protective cap falls off upon receipt
Do not buy collars with rubber caps. They fall off because they are not glued. Your dog will have sharp metal on his skin. One of the lids had already fallen off when I received it. I had to get a rubber cap from another collar that had lost half of its caps to replace this one. Another was lost a week later. Collars work but Herm pays more.
