Review on FashionJOA by Robert Gomatham

FashionJOA is an online clothing store that claims to be a destination for the fashion-forward lady. As someone who shops quite frequently online, I was really interested to try out this company. Having said that, my interactions with the company were anything but good. To begin, the website is difficult to navigate, and the search tool does not provide an intuitive user experience. It took me longer than it should have to find the products I was looking for, and even after I did, there was a restricted selection to choose from. After a long search, I eventually discovered the things I wanted to buy, but the checkout process was a nightmare for me. Due to an issue with the payment procedure, I was unable to successfully place my order despite making several attempts. I was forced to contact customer service, who did not offer any assistance and took a very long time to get back to me. My annoyance was compounded by the fact that the expected delivery time was much exceeded, and the tracking information was not kept up to date in a timely manner. I had no idea when my products would arrive, and when they did, they were of poor quality when they arrived. I had no idea when they would arrive. The fabric of the apparel was of poor quality and gave off an unpleasant feeling; in addition, the shoes were of poor construction and broke apart after only a few uses. When I attempted to return the things, the process was confusing, and as a result, I ended myself shelling out more money than I had originally budgeted for the cost of return shipping. Throughout the entire situation, the personnel that is responsible for providing customer assistance was apathetic and useless. As an online purchasing place, I do not think FashionJOA is one that comes highly recommended from me. A unpleasant shopping experience is the result of a frustrating website, a payment process that is prone to errors, long shipping waits, low-quality products, and customer service that is unhelpful.
