Will not fit pole or hole

They are too small for a 1.5" rack and too big for a 1.75" deck hole. Can't return them because they are damaged from trying to force them. Very dissatisfied.

Pros

Fits easily but firmly into an anchor hole and holds a standard patio umbrella with little clearance.
