I trust my doctor's advice and this product helps me sleep when melatonin alone won't. It seems very gentle and for some reason I like it even more than melatonin. One thing to note, my naturopath suggests taking it in combination with L-Tyrosine (but in the morning, not at night). She said L-Tryptophan can deplete this amino acid from the body, so I take two Thorne L-Tyrosine capsules when I wake up. I think this complementary product helps me with energy levels and adrenal function so I was happy with their suggestion.
