They really suit me very well, I think their customer satisfaction is so accurate that they knew what I needed more than me haha. I bought a large but they sent me a medium and they fit my knees, wrists and knees very well. For reference, I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 126 pounds. Although a little tight around the knees, they even fit slacks. However, the upper body is perfect. Not to mention the caps themselves are really strong, I haven't fallen yet but laying on them I can tell I won't feel much if I fall. Thanks very much!
