So it's 2:30 am and I've had a rough day. My frother, actually the only reason I wake up in the morning aside from obvious adult chores, stopped working due to a factory error, resulting in me making horribly boring coffee with no foam. i live for my coffee Every day I wake up and live in this everyday world and the only thing I look forward to is my coffee, which I can make special with the foam latte I make with my little foam. (RIP that was amazing) To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. So I emailed Zulay support, expectations were always low. However, I was pleasantly surprised. More than surprised, I was delighted. To whom, besides the beautiful Justine, do I owe my inexplicable joy. She emailed me back apologizing for the defect and sent me another foam for free with no questions asked. This woman is a gift from God. She single handedly saved my entire day, week, month and the rest of this godforsaken year. Justine, thanks to you I have hope. Thank you for giving me back my morning.
