Excellent collar. I want it to vibrate when it beeps like our newest collar (different brand). My 1 year old Bernedoodle basically ignores the beep on this one. I guess it doesn't affect him that much, it just beeps instead of vibrating with him, although it might work on other dogs that aren't as stubborn and headstrong as me. My dog wore it when it was sprayed with a sprinkler hose, so it's definitely waterproof. The battery life is excellent. vibration is strong; stronger than my last collar. Good that there is a lock function. Although I really miss the strap my other remote had. It felt so good to wear around my neck. I can't keep the remote on my wrist due to work, so it was difficult for me to remember where I put it and be able to grab it quickly. Sometimes when I grab it, it's too late to activate the training collar.
