I like this product very much. Very interesting design solutions. I like the small form factor. Added security with an optional phone app that can validate addresses and serve as a second factor of authentication for signing transactions. Easy backup to micro SD card. By the way, the backup is a PDF file that you can print out and save on paper. (Be sure to print on a "clean" computer.) From what I understand it uses a secure chip - a big plus for this type of product. If it's stolen or lost and found by someone else, there's probably no way to physically hack it. (Unlike Trezor for example). Support not contacted. My guess is that like any startup, they may not have the resources and processes to do so. But setting up the wallet was pretty easy. One thing I'd like to see is a waterproof construction - similar to the Yubikey. But okay. I have to be a little more careful there. Another thing that isn't there yet is support for more currencies. I think that should be pretty easy to add later on since it's primarily a signing device. I assume that there will be even more currencies in the future. Another great product with potential.
