But the price is great.

After all these good reviews I was surprised when I got mine today and just found it gross. They are very poorly made. All three stainless steel blades have black spots, streaks, white scratches and/or dents. However, I have hand washed and dried them with white paper towels and high pressure and no discoloration or coating has transferred to the paper towels so they seem safe to use. But if I had known they were so poorly made I would never have bought them.
