Works great

Product works well. The guide is enough to get you started. The only thing that wasn't clear in the instructions is that if you only want to use a USB port on your computer to power the base, you need to plug the USB dongle into the charging dock and not your computer and download the data stored on it charging station. Scanner. So far I have used the scanner to load UPC data into MS Excel, Access, Word and Note Pad. In all cases it worked perfectly. I usually use a mode where the scanned data is stored in the reader and downloaded later. I also tested the live download mode and it works fine. I definitely recommend it as I use it for home inventory.
