Shines brightly and would give 5 stars but has one fatal flaw. The dog shakes its head and the collar comes off. The dog rolls in the snow and the color fades. If the collar had stayed it would have been a great collar. with a half-hour walk, the collar comes off four to five times. It's no good if the dog runs away. Too bad because when it's on it's amazing. Update: The company contacted us after my bad review. They sent a replacement collar, the new one works fine and won't turn itself off, however a medium replacement collar was sent in place of the large one originally ordered, fits my 100lb lab but a bit snug. 5 star collar and good company efforts, right size would be perfect but still workable.
