Okay, I've never left a review on Amazon and I didn't want to (I tried to contact you directly but Amazon couldn't click on the shop name) I wanted to solve the problem internally by mailing Message you, but since I couldn't, it's my only option. The product worked great for 3-5 uses until the plastic where the ball heads are fitted cracked. The plastic broke on the top and on several other legs of the gorillapod. I was wondering why it wasn't right when my camera was on it. My legs would give out and I would have to really set it up perfectly to get it right. This gorilla has never been outside, my camera weighs less than 2 pounds and I am very disappointed that I now have to buy new tripod legs (not cheap by the way), these accessories are essential to my blogging and I do NOT want to buy a new one every quarter a set of gorillapod legs (I bought it in March and it's already broken) I could see 1 year. I have it but 4 months with minimal use? nope Not a happy customer. The item is great as long as it doesn't tear/break. but in my situation it is not. Maybe I got a defective one? I have no idea. I would very much like to have a new set of legs sent to me so I don't have to buy new ones and would very much like to remove this review. Attached are photos and videos showing cracked tripod legs and how UNSAFE it is when it occurs. It has not been used to wrap trees, fences, etc. I've used it for vlogging a few times, otherwise it sits on my desk for my YouTube recordings.
