Fan works but TYC is useless

The one I bought had a broken bracket on the left side. I have already removed my clutch fan (2012 Dodge Ram 1500) to install this V6 fan to replace the stock radiator fan. I had no choice but to install this even though the mount was broken; used cable ties to hold on. I contacted TYC as instructed and they told me they could not help and that I should return to Revain for a replacement. I called Revain, they immediately sent me a new one and took the old one with them. Great job, Revain and TYC suck.
