Update with new tweezers sent by the company. Works great now.
The thick solid metal tip makes it useless for plucking chin hairs. It scratched the skin and left red scratches. Not worth having. If I could I would have minus five stars. Updated 07/20/18. The company was kind enough to send a replacement set. I had low expectations but decided to give it a try. Works very well so I have to upgrade to 5 stars. Due to the fact that the company cares about the customer's opinion.
