Teese lamps emit too much RF interference to be used near a garage door opener.
I installed them on a lamp post 10ft from my garage and they put out so much RF my garage door remotes don't work The light is on on. As soon as I turn those lights off, my remotes work. I can't use the garage door remote with the lights on. I suspect this would also be true if used for landscape lighting.
