WORKS ON THE BOTTOM, NOT THE TOP

For many years we have placed this mat on the floor of our playpen every day for our ferret to play. Never had trouble using it above. However, our ferret regularly tried to get out of the arena. Using a second mat on top was not an effective deterrent. We had used these rugs in various situations with multiple animals for probably 10 years before one became so disgusting that I threw it away. Very durable, very durable! But a motivated rabbit can definitely bury it.
