My new favorite toy! After reading some low star reviews I kept it in my shopping cart for months and was afraid to buy it. But a friend of mine who has the same iron convinced me and I ended up getting it as a birthday present. However, he has bad instructions. At first my hair got caught in it and got tangled, I wanted to cry. I thought I should have listened to the 1-3 star reviews. I called my friend who came and showed me how to use it. My curls were done in 15 minutes. It turned out to be easy to use and with amazing results. I have long straight hair and usually the curls don't last more than an hour or two, but after using CHI for half a day my curls stay the same. Not sure what the magic is there, I didn't even do very hot settings. Love it! Don't give up if you don't think it will work and buy stocks. Try google video how to use it. Once you use it properly, you will get excellent results very quickly.
