The customer service is fantastic! I have been working with my rep since last year. She always responds within an hour or so whenever i need help/clarification about something that's not very clear in their documentation. So far nothing at all. It would be great if they can add more features like customizing landing page templates etc but it seems like this may take some time as well. If you're looking into having customized email campaigns built using data from Salesforce (or any other CRM) then go ahead! They've got everything covered here - just make sure that you know what kind of customization options are available before signing up for anything. As mentioned above we were able to build our own branded website which has helped us get better engagement rates than our competitors who use generic websites hosted by 3rd party providers.
