This radio turned out to be worse than my already low expectations. I really wish this device could be used as a cheap way to add Apple Carplay functionality to my car. I've installed many radios over the years and it was an easy install, other than the fact that the radio is slightly larger than a regular dashboard bezel. There was a loud bang every time the device was turned on. There was also a low hum when the radio was on. The Carplay functions worked, but the caller's voice was intermittently missing when making a call. There were too many issues that I couldn't overlook, so I had to return the unit. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a brand you've heard of.
