The hardest part for us was the header board. This is not reflective of the company or hardware. My studs were 18” vs 16” apart because there is a shower behind where we out the door. After we got the header up it was a breeze. My husband was able to do most of it by himself. I had to help carry the door in and held the frame up when he bolted it. Our door was a standard size door from a Home Depot. We had to add 12” onto the bottom to fit our opening. We bought a floor guide vs using the one it came with because we didn’t want to route the bottom of the door. After reading other reviews I see that we could have used the one it came with and just put it on the outside of the door. It was only $6 so not a big deal. I would buy this product again.
